It's a Glorious Day here in sunny Colorado!

The weatherman predicted snow and it never came. That doesn't mean we won't get punched tomorrow but today we are celebrating.

In that spirit, have a great day and if you are trying to get your home sold, throw open the doors, pull back the curtains and let the world in. In spite of what you've been told, the baby boomers are out and they are shopping.

Google Baby Boomers to get a look at what these folks are doing. Because they're now empty nesters, they are downsizing which means less work and more leisure time. Are you in an area with lots of social or recreational opportunities. Well then, gear up, the Baby Boomers are coming. Accentuate the positive!
